Welcome to Bishops Gardens – St. John’s premier seniors healthcare campus. Housed in the historic former Bishops College and located in the very heart of downtown St. John’s, Bishops Gardens contains a 100-bed personal care home, 15 seniors apartments, an adult day program (coming in 2023), and is the home of Eastern Health’s geriatric medical clinic.
Whether you are highly active, need a little assistance day-to-day, or require a custom-designed care plan, we have a wide variety of living options and styles to suit your unique needs.

Our personal care home features dedicated nursing staff, a Red Seal chef, and a certified recreational specialist. We offer a broad range of care options that are completely customized to each resident’s unique wants and needs.
Our residence boasts bright, modern spaces for both assisted and independent living. Residents can enjoy cozy common areas, awesome amenities, and gorgeous green spaces.
