Looking out for you from every angle.

Although the COVID-19 pandemic has presented many challenges, we have adapted, grown, and discovered new ways to connect. Being part of a caring community is more important than ever and we are here to ensure we take every step necessary to protect our residents and staff. Following provincial health guidelines and adapting to the changing local landscape, we have developed a strong, detailed strategy for monitoring and managing the global pandemic.

If you have any questions about our COVID-19 procedures or any other aspect of our community, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Cleaning & Disinfecting

As part of our everyday operation, we maintain an extremely clean and tidy environment and provide education about healthy choices to support our seniors. These detailed efforts have been enhanced in response to COVID-19. Resident rooms and linens continue to be professionally cleaned once a week at no charge. Our communal areas are cleaned twice a day, every day, with CDC-approved cleaners and sanitizers. Hand sanitizer is located throughout the building for the convenience of all guests.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

All staff and visitors are required to sanitize their hands and complete a temperature check upon entering the building. A medical face mask is provided upon entry. Facemasks are mandatory at all times during the workday or visit to help minimize the transmission of the coronavirus.

Contact Tracing

Following our Chief Medical Officer’s advice, the best way to stop the spread of the virus is to identify where it's coming from. All visitors are required to sign in as they enter the building. Through detailed contact tracing, we are able to react quickly and respond in a way that optimizes the health and safety of everyone who interacts with our community.

Connection & Communication

Keeping family and friends connected is crucial to everyone's well-being. As the pandemic evolves, we adjust to make sure loved ones stay connected and informed.
